“I normally don't write reviews but I must compliment Generator Authority on the recent visit to my home. Joey, the maintenace representative , was polite, punctual and patient with my questions. He meticulously cleaned the equipment from stem to stearn.My Generac had gone on because of a power outage in Fort Worth. The generator response was fine but the Wi Fi went wonky. Joey installed a 5 G wifi and serviced the generator in under 15 minutes. He also refreshed the app which no longer would allow to me sign on. I have used their service for a year and now have The Gold Plan. Essentially it allows Generator Authority to monitor my Generac. Yes, it costs more, but trust me, it is a value investment.
